- 8 a.m. Shotgun start
- 1:30 p.m. Carrabba's lunch and awards presentation

- Individual Player — $150
- Foursome — $500

- Format is a scramble
- 18 holes with a cart.
- Lunch courtesy of Carrabba's Italian Grill.
- $1,000 in cash prizes: First, $500; Second, $300; Third, $200.
- A new car, courtesy of Gene Harvey Chevrolet, and a new Harley-Davidson, courtesy of Midgely-Huber & Intermountain Harley-Davidson for two hole-in-one contests.
