Effective inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services are an important part of our community mission. Providing access to all our behavioral resources in one place enhances quality and increases convenience.

The Cardiac Fitness Gym at McKay-Dee Hospital features exercise equipment for resistance training with weights, elastic bands, or your own body weight, that may help you regain the physical strength and confidence to do the daily tasks you performed before your heart problem or surgery. This gym is for cardiac rehab patients.

The Community Health Information Center (CHIC) can help you access information, print diagnosis information and findings, answer your medical related questions and offer advice about other resources. The CHIC is here to provide quality health education information to the community.

Diet & Nutrition Services at McKay-Dee Hospital can help you to develop personal diet and exercise goals by teaching you how to manage nutrition, activity, and behavior, and track intake and exercise.

The Endocrinology & Diabetes Clinic provides assessment, testing, and care for patients with a range of endocrine disorders.

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at McKay-Dee Hospital provides specialized medical care to patients who may be in a potentially life-threatening condition. Acutely ill medical/surgical and coronary care patients receive high-quality, compassionate care from a team of specially-trained care providers.

Intermountain KidsCare clinics offer after-hours urgent pediatric care for minor emergencies, from upset stomachs and earaches to cuts or broken bones needing x-rays. Our doctors are board certified in pediatrics and family practice to provide urgent care to children and teenagers.

As an essential part of early detection, McKay-Dee Hospital supports the American Cancer Society guidelines for breast cancer detection. All female patients are strongly encouraged to start receiving annual mammograms no later than the age of 40.

At McKay-Dee Hospital, Maternal Fetal Medicine doctors - known as Perinatologists - manage high-risk pregnancies related to a condition of either the mother or the fetus.

The Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) provides care to premature babies and other sick and critically ill infants. McKay Dee’s NICU is a 32 bed, level III NICU that has a care team of Neonatologists, Nurse Practitioners, and a staff of qualified RN’s, Respiratory Therapists, and CNA’s.

The Pediatrics unit at McKay-Dee Hospital is dedicated to making a child’s experience with hospitalization the best it can be. Each room is equipped for a parent to stay with the child at all times.

Our sleep disorders center provides the latest testing services for all major sleep disorders, including insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and others.

McKay-Dee Hospital offers intervention in every surgical specialty from arthroscopy to neurology, cardiovascular and thoracic, and plastic surgery. All of our general surgeons are certified to handle traumatic injuries.

Radiology is located just south of the Main Entrance on the first floor.

We have three onsite MRI machines, three 64-slice CT scanners, PET/CT, fluro X-ray and C-Arm Angio.
