Inpatient Services

Stewart Rehab Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility provides expert, specialized care within a state-of-the-art-facility.  Our goal is to promote a healing environment to help you regain your quality of life.  We serve patients with a variety of diagnoses. The most common rehabilitation diagnoses include stroke, orthopedic conditions, and spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries. Most patients are admitted directly from a hospital’s medical/surgical unit, but patients can be admitted from any level of care, as well as from home. 

Is the Inpatient Rehab program right for you?

Patients who benefit most from the services of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility are referred by a physician and diagnosed with one of the following:

• Amputations
• Stroke
• Burns
• Traumatic Brain Injury
• Spinal Cord Injury
• Major Multiple Trauma
• Neurological disorders
• Knee and/or Hip Joint Replacements (meeting admission criteria)

All patients must be able to tolerate 3 hours of daily rehabilitation and have a clearly defined discharge plan after the hospital stay.
