Runners will reach optimal speed by increasing the two components of speed: stride length & stride frequency.
The distance running protocols were designed to precisely train endurance runners as specific to race distance as possible. Our training programs provide track & field athletes with the most advanced training technology available.
Our program is designed to improve:

Our Track & Field program includes:
- Super Treadmill training provides 200-300% more recruitment of the muscles responsible
for increasing and maintaining speed compared to running at no incline with the same stride frequency.
- Plyometrics training includes a variety of footwork drills and special exercises that enhance an athlete's ability to move quickly and explosively while staying balanced.
- Strength Training - through the use of specially designed weight equipment, track & field athletes can develop and increase their overall strength base, contributing to more explosive starts and powerful movements.
- Resistance Cord Training - isolates specific muscles for improving explosive running movements. The SprintCords are also beneficial for field events such as the triple jump and high jump allowing you to train at velocities used in actual event conditions.
