Our Housekeepers are an integral part of the healing team at Intermountain Healthcare. Their work ensures a clean and friendly environment which helps our patients feel comfortable and safe. They ensure an inviting atmosphere as well as a sanitary and clean place for clinicians to provide care. They take pride in their work, interact in a positive manner with patients and work as a team to ensure its success.
Our housekeeping staff enjoy all the great benefits Intermountain Healthcare has to offer, even as a part-time employee working 24 hours per week. Positions often work well with school schedules.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the job including moderate consistent lifting of 25 lbs and occasional lifting of 50 lbs and be able to wear protective equipment. Housekeepers must be able to communicate effectively and be able to follow written and verbal directions. They must be able to read chemical labels and must work well without direct supervision.
The Housekeeper starting wage is $8.70/Hour.

A Medical Assistant works in a physician’s clinic and performs a variety of physician directed patient care tasks. They work with other team members to create a positive patient experience and are a key component to the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic. Their tasks can include preparing rooms with necessary equipment and supplies, preparing patients for examination, assisting with diagnostic tests, performing phlebotomy functions, and documenting history and treatments. The assigned tasks vary depending on the type and size of the clinic. The Medical Assistant may also administer medications as ordered by the physician and other duties assigned by the physician or clinic manager.
The Medical Assistant promotes patient satisfaction through their kindness, compassion and efficiency. Patients are able to feel safe and comfortable during an office visit through the positive efforts of a medical assistant.
The Medical Assistant position requires the successful completion of an accredited medical assisting program making the candidate a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or MA Certification eligible. The candidate must have “Health Care Provider” or “Professional Rescuer” Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification upon hire. Candidates with Help2 and Centricity Business (IDX) experience are preferred.
The starting salary for a Medical Assistant is $11.43/Hr
