    Mindi attended the University of Utah college of pharmacy and graduated with her doctor of pharmacy degree in 2004. After graduation, she trained in all areas of the hospital prior to being assigned as a critical care pharmacist in the cardiac and trauma ICUs at John C Lincoln North Mountain Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.

    She joined Intermountain Healthcare in 2007 to expand professional development and experiential education at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. During her time at Utah Valley, she has grown the student and resident programs and took on the role of site coordinator for the residency program in 2009. She is also team lead for the Clinical Services team. Mindi is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy.

    She loves working with residents and seeing the progress they make during their PGY1 year. Professional interests include drug information and statistics, infectious diseases, and critical care.     Dallas received his bachelor’s in pharmacy from the University of Utah and his Master's degree in healthcare informatics from Arizona School of Health Sciences. He has been in pharmacy management at a children’s hospital and Intermountain Healthcare corporate services, as well as a director of pharmacy at a small community hospital, a large hospital and a central operations pharmacy.

    He has implemented many projects from small automation processes to large operations with multiple robotic devices. Currently, Dallas is the Regional Director of Pharmacy Services at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center for the Intermountain Healthcare Urban South Region.     Traci Christensen received her doctor of pharmacy from the University of Montana. She has been involved in many areas of clinical pharmacy practice related to cardiology and critical care. Traci has provided clinical pharmacy services to the cardiovascular intensive care unit at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center which included cardiac catheterization lab, heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, cardiac arrest, arrhythmia, vascular surgery and cardiothoracic surgery patients.

    More recently, Traci has been serving as the pharmacy clinical manager at Utah Valley Regional where she manages all clinical services and clinical pharmacists employed by the hospital. Traci serves on many hospital committees including the Heart Failure Team, Ischemic Heart Team, Cardiovascular Surgery Team, Medication Safety Team, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.

    In addition to her responsibilities at Utah Valley Regional, Traci is also an associate professor of pharmacy practice at Roseman University of Heath Sciences College of Pharmacy.

    Kristie graduated from the University of Utah before the age of computers (yes, really!). Kristie serves as the pharmacy representative to the Intermountain Healthcare Newborn Intensive Care Development Committee and is an adjunct faculty member for the University of Utah, Roseman University, University of Idaho, Midwestern University, and Creighton University Colleges of Pharmacy.

Tim also served in the United States Navy from 1972 to 1978 as part of the nuclear power program, submarine service.
