The mission of Intermountain Healthcare is excellence in the provision of healthcare services to communities in the Intermountain region. Several foundations partner with Intermountain and its hospitals to provide resources in an effort to help meet community needs, ensuring the availability of quality, affordable healthcare today and for future generations.

Charitable efforts from these partnerships help make necessary resources available for medical clinics for underserved populations, educational programs, important community services and medical equipment. Donations even help to pay for the hospital care of children with no other means of payment and provide assistance to hospice patients.
