Heber Valley Medical Center Hosts Girl’s Night Out. Healthy. Happy. You.

Reward yourself by joining Heber Valley Medical Center for an evening of healthy fun to learn how to live a healthier, happier life. This free event includes health screenings, food, pampering and a few fun gifts. Girls’ Night Out is just what you need to discover a healthy, happy, you. Come for a quick facial, a clinical breast exam, body fat composition, movement screenings, a massage, tours and information about your community hospital, or quick tips on how to juggle exercise with the demands of being a woman.

• Admission & Screenings are free 

• Reduced-rate blood work — Lab tests include: Lipid Panel / cholesterol for $12.00, (for accurate test results, it is recommended you fast for 12 hours, water is okay to drink). Hemoglobin A1C for $15.00, and Vitamin D for $15.00. Blood work will be offered on Thursday, October 7th and Friday, October 8th, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. 

• Seasonal flu shots: $15; Call 654-2500 to schedule your appointment. — Please note that flu shots will be given Monday, October 4th, Tuesday, October 5th, and Wednesday, October 6th from 4 - 7 p.m. Please call 654-2500 to schedule your appointment.
