Doctors and other caregivers working with patients to optimize health.
Good health begins with healthy lifestyles and convenient access to great physicians. The Intermountain Medical Group seeks to address both factors. Practicing in our system of some 185 clinics and 22 hospitals, more than 1,200 Medical Group physicians and advanced practice clinicians work with patients to help them stay as healthy as possible.
Our patients are at the center of a wide range of services designed not just to treat illness but also to manage and improve health. We call our approach Personalized Primary Care. Our expanding range of services includes:
LiVe Well health and wellness programs. These include a variety of educational resources as well as programs for exercise, weight management, smoking cessation, stress management, and other lifestyle areas.
Care management programs for conditions such as diabetes, asthma, cardiovascular disease, attention deficit disorder, depression, and other physical and behavioral health issues. Care managers act as healthcare coaches, coordinating care and helping patients comply with physician treatment plans.
My Health. This online tool allows patients to access their medical records, get lab results, review SelectHealth insurance claims, securely communicate with their physicians regarding routine health requests, and request appointments. More than 745 Medical Group clinicians currently communicate with patients via My Health, and the number continues to grow.
A variety of treatment settings, including InstaCare and KidsCare urgent care clinics and WorkMed occupational health clinics. We’re also developing new TeleHealth options that will connect patients and caregivers via secure interactive technology.
