In March 2010, SelectHealth launched this initiative as part of the organization's quality improvement efforts. SelectHealth uses nationally standardized measures that helps to provide valid data to physicians in better collaboration, and reliable information is provided to the public through a more transparent process.
This educational module discusses how quality and patient satisfaction is measured. It also shows how these measurements can be accessed through the SelectHealth website.
