How these principals engage their support system

Three weeks into the My Heart Challenge and our contestants are working hard. Last week we asked them to share the members of their support team, and this week we asked them how they are receiving support from their team. Support can come in many different forms - from joining them at the gym to withholding a chocolatey treat. See how these principals are finding support, and take a few pointers on how you can engage your support system.​
