While the fresh air feels good, open windows can pose a serious danger to young children. Did you know: Each year in the United States, 15 to 20 children under the age of 11 die and nearly 15,000 are injured because of falls from windows.

As springtime approaches, so does allergy season. Many pregnant women are faced with this common problem, yet are uncertain about what they can do to minimize their symptoms while keeping their unborn baby safe. Allergies can be worse in pregnancy; as it is, up to one-third of women notice significant swelling of the nasal passages due to pregnancy alone. This can make allergies even more of a challenge to overcome.
