Using the power of personal touch — as well as poetry and art — to help a patient find peace

A few weeks ago Anthony Pierson was called into work and assigned to look after an aggressive, combative patient who was recovering from a drug overdose. In order to calm the patient, Anthony used the power of personal touch, and while the patient slept, he captured the whole experience on paper with poetry and art.
