The 2014 My Heart Challenge launched on Thursday, March 13 at Intermountain Medical Center with 15 firefighters stepping on the scale and beginning their journey to better health. One of those firefighters, David Larsen from South Salt Lake Fire Department, shares why he signed up for the Challenge and what he plans to accomplish in the next three months.
