Do you have a picky eater at home? Or maybe multiple picky eaters? That makes it challenging to get the right types of foods to make your meals heart healthy. As I meet with the My Heart Challenge contestants individually, I am working with them to make healthier eating a family event. It's tough making resolutions that are attainable and successful. Nearly 45 percent of Americans set New Years Resolutions, such as losing weight, getting fit, spending more time with family, and getting out of debt. Only 12 percent of these individuals end up meeting their goals.‚Äč
