Meagan Kline is an exercise physiologist at the Intermountain Heart Institute at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray. She received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Utah and recently finished her Master of Exercise Science at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Bone loss begins happening in women at age 20. Between the ages of 20 and 80, women can lose up to 1/3 of the bone mineral density in the hip.
