Firefighter outlines heart goals for the next 100 days

Mary Lindsay-Vonk, firefighter with West Valley City Fire Department, is taking the 2014 My Heart Challenge to heart and setting some goals as the competition kicked off March 13. Follow her journey in the three month challenge to see her successes and challenges - because changing habits to be more heart healthy will have many challenges. But Mary is determined to win her health back.
