During the kick off of the 2013 My Heart Challenge, contestants were served a delicious, yet very heart-healthy breakfast. I thought it would be nice to share one of those recipes with everyone, because healthy eating doesn't mean tasteless food. It's all about finding the right recipe, and if you like bananas, this is one recipe you'll probably want to add to your recipe box. ​
