As a nonprofit healthcare system, Intermountain gives careful consideration to requests for donations as they relate to Intermountain's mission and our service area. Donations from the Community Partner Fund support nonprofit, health-related organizations and other nonprofit community groups which share a mission similar to Intermountain's mission.
What We Fund
The Community Partner Fund provides donations to non-profit 501(c)3 agencies in Utah and southern Idaho for community health improvement services, health education and conferences, activities that improve health, fund-raising events for health-related groups and other similar programs and services. Donations generally will be made once a year in amounts less than $5,000.
What We Do Not Fund
- “Out of Area” organizations
Requesting a Donation
Requests for donations from the Community Partner Fund should be in written form on the agency's letterhead and be accompanied by a copy of the organization’s 501(c)3 letter, along with information about the agency, the event or activity. The letter of request should clearly state the healthcare purpose for the donation and provide information about the agency, the population served and other pertinent details. Requests can be submitted at any time during the year and are reviewed on a regular basis. Notification of any donation will be made in writing. Requests should be sent to:
