- Wearing a more supportive
shoe.
- Avoiding high heels.
- Foot pads to relieve
pressure.
- Anti-inflammatory medicine, such as
ibuprofen.
- Orthotic shoe devices.
- Injections or surgery, if
other treatments fail.
