Aim is to inform and inspire patients and their families to better understand their condition, adjust more readily to their circumstances and assume more normal, productive lives. Provides education and support for kidney patients, including those with reduced kidney function, on dialysis and transplant patients. Offers various educational materials, a bimonthly magazine, four electronic newsletters and an annual convention.
