If you would like to visit us on the hospital campus, we are located in the front lobby of the main hospital.
Orders Placed Outside Of Business Hours
All online orders will be process the same weekday if the order is received by 2:00 p.m... Orders received after this time will be processed the following day, if the patient is still here.
*Please note that orders placed outside our business hours will not be processed until the following gift shop business day.
*We do not ship outside of Utah.
How Store Proceeds Are Used
Alta View Hospital is a not-for-profit hospital. Profits from the gift shop are used to support patient and community, provide scholarships and support Title I schools.
Refund and Exchange Policy
If the item ordered cannot be delivered to the patient for any reason the gift shop will contact you. You will be offered a substitution or refund. Once an item has been delivered or picked up, it can be returned unused for exchange, in the amount of purchase. Returns will be accepted for 30 days if accompanied by a receipt.
