Laboratory Services

At American Fork Hospital, we’re committed to providing timely and accurate laboratory services for patients and physicians.  We offer a wide spectrum of services to meet each patient’s needs.  Under most circumstances, your physician will provide you with a requisition for lab services during your doctor visit. 

To obtain laboratory work at American Fork Hospital, no appointment is necessary.  Just report to the Outpatient Services desk, located beyond the main entrance lobby at the hospital entrance.  From there, a representative will arrange for your lab work.

Hours of operation:
7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday
7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends and most holidays
Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving
