Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation

At American Fork Physical Therapy and Rehab, our physical, occupational and speech therapists work together to provide extraordinary care for our patients. As a satellite campus of the Utah Valley Rehabilitation Center at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, we treat a variety of conditions including neurological rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, back and neck pain, sports injuries, worker’s compensation injuries, balance deficits, women’s health and more.

With an emphasis on continuing education and providing best care standards for our patients, we track our outcomes and look for ways to improve our care. We collaborate with other therapists in our region on a monthly basis to improve care not only in our facility but throughout Utah County.
