Each patient that comes into our clinic has a one-on-one interview with one of our physical therapists. Together with our staff, patients have the opportunity to plan their physical therapy goals. For patients with back and neck pain, we typically use things like exercise therapy, unloading therapy with traction, the McKenzie approach, and other flexibility and strengthening exercises. We do our best to help patients decrease pain and increase mobility and flexibility.
