Please watch for our signs! We are trying very hard to communicate well with signage. Our Emergency Department entrance is just to the North of the old one, and the drop off zone has also moved in front of our ambulance bays just North of the old drop-off area.

After nearly ten days, the construction is moving along on schedule. Since the construction contract is for 330 days, we’ve only got 320 days left to go! As you’ve seen, the MRI scanner has been moved to its temporary location. The canopy has been removed – today they are removing the concrete pillars that supported the canopy (amazing how much steel and concrete were used for that canopy!). Concrete has been poured for additional patient parking spaces across from the helipad, and the new sidewalk for the handicapped parking is nearly completed. By June 17th, we hope that the asphalt will be laid, the handicapped parking spaces will again be available, and the additional parking spots for patients will be open.

We held a special groundbreaking ceremony May 28th for our new 3.5 million dollar upgrade and expansion to our Emergency and Imaging Departments.
We're excited to announce construction expansion of our Emergency and Imaging departments at Cassia Regional Medical Center. The expansion is expected to be completed in late Spring of 2014. The expansion will help patients and families by easing the crowded space in our current Emergency and Imaging departments, and by adding a permanent MRI and a state-of-the-art telehealth suite. Keep checking in for updates.
