Telephone Orders
The volunteers are also available to take telephone orders by calling 208-677-6527. They will be happy to describe other items available in the gift shop.
Orders Placed Outside Of Business Hours
All online orders will be processed the same weekday if order is received by 12 noon. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following weekday.
*Please note that orders placed outside our business hours will not be processed until the following gift shop business day.
*We do not ship outside of Utah.
How Store Proceeds Are Used
Cassia Regional Medical Center (Intermountain Healthcare) is not-for-profit. Profits from the gift shop are used to support needs for patients, family members, community health education and medical scholarships.
Refund and Exchange Policy
If the item ordered cannot be delivered to the patient for any reason, the gift shop will contact you. You will be offered a substitution or refund. Once an item has been delivered or picked up, it can be returned unused for exchange or refund within 30 days, if accompanied by a receipt.
