The following information can help you prepare for your first visit:
- Location- Door #3 through the main lobby by the fish tank
- Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and register at the front registration desk for physical therapy
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing that will be easy for you to exercise in and will make it easy for the therapist to evaluate your problem
- Expect your evaluation to last about 1 hour
- Bring your prescription for physical therapy and a list of medications and previous surgeries
- Avoid taking vertigo medications for at 12 hours before an evaluation for vertigo
- Have someone drive you for a vertigo evaluation in case you are too dizzy to drive home
