Have you ever been faced with a new diagnosis, test or procedure, surgery or medication and felt overwhelmed? The Community Health Information Center (CHIC) can help you access information, print findings, answer your questions, and offer advice about other resources. Staff and volunteers are available to answer any of your medical, health, or human services questions free of charge.
The CHIC can also serve as a business center for patients and their family members. Here they are able to use the computers, Internet, copy machines, phones, and faxes for personal and business use while they are in the hospital.
The CHIC is located in the main concourse of the Dixie Regional River Road Campus. It is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call (435) 251-2222 to learn more.
