If you would like to visit us on the hospital campus, we are located in the main concourse on the first level of the River Road campus.
Orders Placed Outside Of Business Hours
All online orders will be processed Monday through Friday before 5 p.m. Orders received after 5 p.m. will be processed the following weekday.
Orders placed for delivery to 400 East Campus before 10:30 a.m. will deliver the same day. Orders for 400 East Campus placed after 10:30 a.m. will deliver the next business day.
*Please note that orders placed outside our business hours will not be processed until the following gift shop business day.
*We do not ship outside of Utah.
How Store Proceeds Are Used
Net proceeds from the Gift Shoppe at River Road benefit Dixie Regional Medical Center in areas of greatest need, help advance key initiatives such as LifeFlight, Jubilee Homes, Cancer Services, Women and Children’s, and support caregiver education.
Refund and Exchange Policy
If the item ordered cannot be delivered to the patient for any reason, the gift shop will contact you. You will be offered a substitution or refund. Once an item has been delivered or picked up, it can be returned unused for exchange or refund within 30 days, if accompanied by a receipt.
