Kerry Hepworth

Glenna Beyer - Chief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer, Glenna is responsible for all private fundraising efforts for the hospitals in the Intermountain Healthcare Southwest Region. Glenna came to the Foundation in 2014 from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center where she served since 2007 as Managing Director, Institutional Advancement. In this role, and in prior professional positions in prospect research and donor relations, she has grown successful major gift and grateful patient fundraising programs, increased corporate and foundation grants, and streamlined and improved development operations. Prior to her tenure at Texas Tech, Glenna was the Executive Director of Prevent Blindness Texas in Lubbock Texas from 1999 to 2003 and Associate Director of the Lubbock Area Foundation from 1994-2003. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University, and professional affiliations with the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy.

Tomie Fuller

Tomie Fuller, BS - Development Officer

Tomie Fuller is a development officer with leadership targeted toward events, annual giving and donor cultivation. She has a complement of experience in public relations in the corporate and non-profit world.  With a B.S. degree in history & humanities, Tomie worked for a large Phoenix law firm managing events and their attorney recruitment programs. She gained additional public relations and fund-raising experience, planning charity golf tournaments and special events for a major league baseball player. Tomie has been with Intermountain Foundation – Dixie Regional since 2009.

Nancy Krosnoff

Nancy Krosnoff, MS - Foundation Specialist

Nancy's role is to design the Foundation's annual Communications/Editorial Plan and to author and assist in design/layout of the spectrum of written communications published by the Foundation. These include, but are not limited to: solicitation letters, Grateful Patient and major donor features, pamphlet and giving card content; all feature writing for Foundation pieces sent to major donors (The Friday Memo) and those inserted into the community newspaper (Living Well tabloid); communications to support major fundraising events (press releases, feature vignettes, etc.); assist in writing and design of Foundation annual report. Cumulatively, Nancy has 13 years of nonprofit and fundraising experience. After a retiring from the United Sates Air Force, she began work with United Way of Anchorage as an Assistant Campaign Director where she worked for four years. She then came to The Foundation of Dixie Regional Medical Center as a Development Officer in 2003.

Jeri Schnitker

Bryce Taylor, CPA - Foundation Business Manager and Planned Giving Officer

As Business Manager, Bryce oversees the ongoing financial operations of the Foundation office as well as all fund raising events held throughout the year. He is also responsible for the staff and operations of the Foundation Thrift Store and Gift Shop. Bryce also serves as the Planned Giving Officer with responsibility for the Planned Giving Committee and the Professional Advisory Council. He is also the primary grant writer for Foundation grant applications submitted to other foundations, businesses and giving organizations. Bryce holds B.S. and Masters of Accountancy degrees from Utah State University, and has worked in public accounting for 7 years, the State of Utah for 3 years and Dixie Regional Medical Center Accounting for 18 years prior to joining the Foundation in 2013.



Ken Wilson

Ken Wilson - Development Specialist

As Development Specialist, Ken’s role is to assist with the planning and implementation of fundraising and cultivation events for the Foundation. He has more than twenty-five years experience with event planning and management with an expertise in holiday design. He attended design school at LDS Business College and Brigham Young University. Ken has worked for Intermountain Healthcare and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 5 years.
