Kerry Hepworth, CFRE - President/ CEO The Foundation of Dixie Regional Medical Center & Chief Development Officer
As the Chief Development Officer and CEO for the Foundation of Dixie Regional, Kerry’s role is to direct all facets of institutional advancement for three hospitals in southern Utah, including Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Valley View Medical Center in Cedar City and Garfield Memorial Hospital in Panguitch. Kerry has more than 25 years experience in nonprofit management and fundraising and has word for Intermountain Healthcare since the mid-1980’s. In the past decade, under her direction, more that $23 million has been raised to advance healthcare in southern Utah. Kerry has served as Chairman of the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce, St. George City Planning Commission, and as a director for several organizations from the St. George Rotary Club to the Town and Country Bank. She has served as faculty for the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy at both regional and nation educational conferences, and holds the Certified Fund Raising Executive Designation. She is currently serving on the boards of the Southern Utah Non-Profit Legal Center and the Utah Society of Fund Raisers. Kerry has written more that 80 op-3d columns for the regional/local newspaper, the Spectrum/Daily News.

Janeal Ford, MPA< CFRE - Assistant Chief Development Officer
As the Assistant Chief Development Officer Janeal’s role is to provide oversight to finances and budget, planned giving, gift administration and retails services. Janeal has more than 12 years experience in fundraising and nonprofit management for human service organizations. Under her direction, more than $24 million has been secured in new federal sources benefitting human service programs in the State of Utah. Prior to coming to St. George she served as Development Director for Utah Food Band where she provided oversight and direction to all fundraising, food procurement and public relations and serve as lead for their $10 million capital campaign. She has experience with direct mail, grant writing, event planning, website development, major gifts , volunteer management, and earned and purchased media campaigns. She received her Mast of Public Administration in 2009 and recently received designation as a Certified Fundraising Executive. She has served as board member for the Junior League of Salt Lake, the Salt Lake County Homeless Coordination Council and has serve as President’s Ambassador for the Sale Lake Chamber. She currently serves as a board member for Leadership Dixie. Janeal has worked for Intermountain Healthcare and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for nearly 2 years.

Tomie Fuller, BS - Development Assistant
As Development Assistant, Tomie’s role is to support the Foundation’s administration and assist in cultivation, events and special projects. Before coming to St. George, Tomie worked as an event planner for a Major League baseball player, as well as a recruiting coordinator for a large Phoenix law firm. Tomie has worked for Intermountain Healthcare for 3 years and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 2 years.

Rebecca Hansell - Development Assistant
As the Development Assistant, Becky’s role is to provide administrative support to the Foundation board and committees and to manage the coordination of the Grateful Patient/acquisition mailings. Becky worked previously for GE Insurance and has 25 years experience in operations and compliance. Prior to her current role Becky served as Office Manager for the Foundation. She has worked for Intermountain Healthcare and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 5 years.

Dawn Jorgensen - Accounting Specialist
As the Accounting Specialist, Dawn’s role is to serve as a resource with accounting and completes accounts receivable, accounts payable and to provide day to day assistance with financial management of the Foundation. Dawn has twenty six years experience in healthcare initially in the caregiver role for homecare and hospice and later the Intensive Care Unit. Dawn has worked for Intermountain Healthcare for 19 years and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 11 years.

Nancy Krosnoff, MS - Foundation Staff Writer
Nancy's role is to design the Foundation's annual Communications/Editorial Plan and to author and assist in design/layout of the spectrum of written communications published by the Foundation. These include, but are not limited to: solicitation letters, Grateful Patient and major donor features, pamphlet and giving card content; all feature writing for Foundation pieces sent to major donors (The Friday Memo) and those inserted into the community newspaper (Living Well tabloid); communications to support major fundraising events (press releases, feature vignettes, etc.); assist in writing and design of Foundation annual report. Cumulatively, Nancy has 13 years of nonprofit and fundraising experience. After a retiring from the United Sates Air Force, she began work with United Way of Anchorage as an Assistant Campaign Director where she worked for four years. She then came to The Foundation of Dixie Regional Medical Center as a Development Officer in 2003.

Shelley Mendenhall, MHEd - Senior Development Officer
As Senior Development Officer, Shelley’s role is to provide oversight and management to Foundation communication, public relations and to oversee the implementation of events including the Jubilee of Trees. Shelley has more than 20 years experience in education and nonprofit management and received her Master of Health Education. Shelley is a tenured professor with the University of Idaho in Family and Consumer Sciences and has been published by McGraw Hill. Shelley has worked for Intermountain Healthcare and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 3 years.

Kathryn Naron - Senior Development Officer
As Senior Development Officer, Kathryn’s role is to oversee employee giving and retail operations including the Thrift Store and Gift Shop. She also provides oversight to the implementation of the Friends of the Hospital and Guardian Angel initiatives. She has worked for Intermountain Healthcare and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 6 years.

Kent Ririe, MHEd - Community Health Education - Senior Development Officer
As Senior Development Officer, Kent’s role is to cultivate and solicit major gifts from individuals and corporations. He has more than seven years experience in fundraising and has worked for Intermountain Healthcare and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 24 years. Kent received his Master of Health Education and prior to his role at the Foundation, Kent served 16 years as Marketing Department Director for Executive Health at Intermountain’s LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City.

Jeri Schnitker - Senior Development Officer
Jeri’s role is to cultivate and inspire donors who are able and/or desirous of making a planned gift, oversees Planned Giving Committee and Professional Advisory Council, and responsible for non-cash gifts (other than event auction items). Jeri has worked for the Foundation in the areas of fundraising, event management (Jubilee of Trees and Jubilee Classic), donor cultivation, employee giving, Foundation CFO, employee giving, and retail operations management. Jeri worked for Intermountain Healthcare as the volunteer manager of the hospital gift shop for nine years and has worked for the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 13 years.

Michelle Stitley, AS - Database Specialist
As the Database Specialist, Michelle’s role is to manage the Foundation’s donor management system, Raisers Edge. Michelle coordinates all aspects of gift administration, direct mailings and generates reports for program evaluation. Michelle has sixteen years experience in providing administrative and business office support. Michelle has worked for Intermountain Healthcare and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 10 years.

Ken Wilson - Development Officer
As Development Officer, Ken’s role is to assist with the planning and implementation of fundraising and cultivation events for the Foundation. He has more than twenty-five years experience with event planning and management with an expertise in holiday design. He attended design school at LDS Business College and Brigham Young University. Ken has worked for Intermountain Healthcare and the Foundation of Dixie Regional for 5 years.
