Packages normally include three 1-hour training sessions per week. Each session must be scheduled in advance.

[FUNdamentals summer class for kids] fitness series, $65 per month
Want to keep the kids active and in shape? We’re offering a series of one-hour classes throughout the summer designed to keep kids moving while having fun. We’ll use a variety of activities to enhance endurance, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and self-esteem in a FUN, friendly atmosphere.
The class is designed for children age 8-11. Activities will be directed by our exercise physiologists and therapists.
