Adult Weight Management
Adult weight management services are provided through Intermountain’s Weigh to Health program. The course includes 12 evening classes taught by a registered dietitian with guest instructors to include a physical therapist, a behavior specialist, and a chef, followed by 12 monthly follow-up support group classes designed to help you stick to your meal plan and lifestyle goals. The weekly classes will help you develop personal goals using eating style and exercise tools, track what you eat and how much you exercise, and learn to improve your nutrition, activity and behavior.
Individual counseling appointments are also available. See the Weigh to Health brochure for more details or call (435) 251-3793.

Pediatric Weight Management
Pediatric weight management is part of Intermountain's “LiVe” program. It is designed to involve not only the child, but the whole family in either a group class or individual counseling. Instruction focuses on three main areas: nutrition, physical activity, and behavior. Depending on the topic, classes are taught by a Registered Dietitian, Physical Therapist, Child Life Therapist or a Chef.
