Same Day and Outpatient Services

Dixie Regional Medical Center provides inpatient and outpatient care for a population of about 200,000 in the tri-state region of southern Utah, southeastern Nevada and northwestern Arizona. Medical technology trained professionals are on a level rarely found outside major metropolitan areas. Dixie Regional Medical Center provides a great environment of care for the treatment of most illnesses and surgical procedures and recovery. Brain and complex spinal surgeries, pediatric intensive care, and other subspecialties are in planning stages for inclusion, and will be added over the next decade as regional growth continues.

The new 165,000 square-foot Dixie Regional Health & Performance Center houses many of Dixie Regional's outpatient services.

  • Infusion Services

    Infusion Services provides a range of services such as: intravenous medications (IV), injectable medications, peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC), midline catheters, and administration of blood and blood products.

  • Lab Services

    Offering a wide range of laboratory services for both inpatients and outpatients.

  • Radiology and Imaging

    All major diagnostic imaging modalities are offered at Dixie Regional or local Intermountain clinics to provide noninvasive (in most cases) views of the inside of the body.

  • Sleep Disorders Center

    The Sleep Disorders Center, with its state-of-the-art equipment, provides effective diagnosis and treatment for sleep disorders such as snoring, excessive daytime sleepiness and abnormal sleep behaviors.

  • Wound Care & Hyperbarics

    Patients suffering from a surgical wound, burns or any wound that is not healing properly can receive a complete program of healing from the professional staff at Dixie Regional's Wound Clinic.
