Candidate Application & Selection

PhORCAS application process is used and must include 3 letters of reference with one from a clinical rotation preceptor and one from a work supervisor.  In addition to the PhORCAS application, a separate Intermountain Healthcare employee application is required.  If a GPA is not provided by school of pharmacy, class rank is required.  All information must be submitted prior to 10 PM MST on January 5th.

Onsite Interviews

Selected applicants are requested to visit Salt Lake City for onsite interviews during January or February.  The full day interview allows the candidates to meet with representatives from all practice areas.

Resident Matching Program of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists

The Intermountain Pharmacy Practice Residency Program participates in the Resident Matching Program of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and applicants will be required to participate in the matching program as well.
