    The residency program of Intermountain Healthcare is an organized, directed, postgraduate training program in pharmacy practice. 

  • Site Descriptions

    The Intermountain Healthcare Pharmacy Practice residency is based out of four hub facilities and rotations are available throughout the system.

  • Qualifications

    Candidates must graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program with a doctor of pharmacy degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
