Intermountain Heart Institute and its physicians contract with many different insurance plans. Before your appointment with us, please contact your insurance company to confirm that our services will be covered by your insurance plan.
Your billing statement should have a phone number that you can call with questions. You may receive more than one bill from Intermountain for services received at the Heart Institute. Often, bills for physician services are sent separately from bills for hospital services.
Use our secure online form to pay your Intermountain hospital, Home Care, or Medical Group clinic bills. NOTE: To use this service, you must have the PIN number that is printed on the paper statement for the bill you're wanting to pay.
