New Patient Evaluations

We have a team of providers including doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners who are dedicated to providing you the highest level of care. Your new patient evaluation will consist of a thorough evaluation of your health history and any symptoms followed by a physical exam. You will be given the opportunity to ask any questions you have. After your evaluation is complete, further testing may be advised, the recommendations for which will be discussed in full detail with you. With your preferences in mind, a plan will be made with the provider that is most appropriate for you.

We provide evaluations and medical care for patients with the following symptoms and conditions:

• Chest Pain
• Coronary Artery Disease
• Heart Failure
• Structural Heart Disease
• Irregular Heart Beat (Arrhythmias)
• Peripheral Artery Disease
• Other Cardiac Diseases

ROMIO: Rule Out Myocardial Ischemia (Heart Attack) in Outpatients

The ROMIO program gives priority appointments to patients who have recently had heart concerns but a physician ruled out a heart attack.

• Stress testing can be performed within 24-48 hours
• Results are reviewed by the next available cardiologist
• Same-day appointments are available if necessary

Diagnostic Testing

The cardiology program can complete a number of diagnostic tests in our office during your visit. These include:

• Ankle Brachial Index (Rest and Stress)
• Echocardiogram
• Echocardiogram with Bubble Study
• EKG
• Holter or Event Monitors
• Peripheral Vascular Studies (Peripheral, Transcranial, Renal Arterial Duplex, Carotid, and Venous Ultrasounds)
• Stress Testing (Echo & Nuclear)
