Our Vascular Disease Program coordinates services across multiple clinical disciplines, including diagnostic tests, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, interventional radiology, and cardiology.

Risk Factor Management

In order to prevent and slow the progress of vascular disease, we must manage risk factors such as high blood pressure and excess weight. We also take steps to support life-style changes such as quitting smoking, eating healthy, and increasing physical activity.

Hospital-Based Vascular Lab

Our hospital-based vascular lab offers a full range of peripheral vascular studies. These studies use ultrasound to check for forms of vascular disease including carotid artery disease, peripheral artery disease, blood clots (deep vein thrombosis, and venous insufficiency.
