The Community Health Information Center (CHIC) is a free health information resource center for patients, their families, hospital staff, students, and community members.
Our staff at the center can help you or your loved ones learn how to maintain good health or cope with health-related issues.
We can assist you in finding information on a variety of topics including:

Personal Help for Your Health Education Needs
Caring and knowledgeable staff in the center are available to help you find the health information you need.
A patient educator is available to answer questions about your health and help you find and understand information in the center.
A medical librarian is also available to help you find more in depth information.
We're open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Stop by the center, located on the second floor just north of the cafeteria, or give us a call at (801) 408-1004.
