The Healthy Lifestyle and Fitness class is a program designed to aid those individuals that have chronic medical issues that they, or their physician, feel would be decreased or even resolved by getting involved in a regular exercise program.
A risk assessment is completed by our fitness professionals that will determine if a physician referral is needed. Some physicians may refer you to our program directly. The program has so much to offer such as:
