Laboratory Services

Intermountain Laboratory Services (including Logan Regional Hospital Laboratory) is committed to providing the highest quality patient care. All laboratory departments are staffed with highly qualified medical technologists and clinicians. Board certified pathologists provide pathology services and laboratory consultations. Intermountain laboratories have pledged to operate in complete compliance with federal regulations for laboratories.

The laboratories of Intermountain Laboratory Services:

• Hold CLIA licensure
• Hold all required state licenses
• Meet Medicare program requirements
• Are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO), or state laboratory inspection programs.
