About Our Services
Logan Regional Pediatric Rehabilitation Center is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center for children ages 0 to 21 years. Not only are we able to coordinate all treatments for the child in one facility, as a team of trained therapists we are able to work together and develop a comprehensive program to meet the individual needs of each child.
Our services include: occupational therapy, speech and hearing therapy, and physical therapy.
- Occupational Therapy: A child’s primary occupation is “play” which is essential to healthy neurological development. Our occupational therapist is a developmental specialist who helps a child to improve his/her strength, coordination, and skills necessary for daily tasks such as feeding, playing, self-care, and developmental motor milestones.
- Speech and Hearing Therapy: Our speech, language, and hearing therapy consists of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up services for children with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Physical Therapy: Pediatric physical therapy focuses on helping children improve gross motor coordination and neuromuscular or musculoskeletal issues. Our physical therapists evaluate and treat disorders that affect a child’s strength, flexibility, neurological function, and ability to move about in the environment.
