On December 29, 1910, The Thomas D. Dee Memorial Hospital opened its doors to residents in northern Utah. The non-profit hospital was built by Annie Taylor Dee who was determined to honor the memory of her husband and son who died due a lack of proper healthcare in the community.
One hundred years and three hospitals later, Annie Taylor Dee’s memorial to her family continues to succeed in providing not-for-profit healthcare services that have saved thousands of lives. With each passing decade, McKay-Dee Hospital has been a healthcare leader with groundbreaking innovations in technologies, systems, and treatments.
Healing for 100 years, and counting.
