Our mission is to provide resources to McKay-Dee Hospital Center to ensure quality healthcare for our community, today and tomorrow. You can help by making a donation one or more of the following areas.
Planned Giving
Planned gifts through a bequest, charitable remainder trust, or life insurance policy, your generosity is an important decision that makes a difference long after your lifetime.
Designated Donation
You may select a specific area of support for your donation. For example you may choose to donate specifically to our Newborn Intensive Care Unit or the Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
Unrestricted Donation
Allow the McKay-Dee Hospital Foundation staff to direct your gift to the area of greatest need.
Endowment Fund
An endowment continues to generate in perpetuity, as only the annual interest is used to support a specific cause.
Tribute or Memorial
Gifts can be given in memory of a deceased family member or friend. Or, to honor an individual for a special occasion giving a tribute to them that only word cannot express.
Guardian Angel
Patients and families often ask us how they can say thank you for the wonderful care they received during a hospital stay. The Guardian Angel program provides the perfect venue for those desiring to express appreciation to that special someone - a doctor, a nurse, a housekeeper, clerical staff or volunteer. You will decide what area of the Hospital you'd like to help plus your "Guardian Angel" will be presented with a special lapel pin during a staff meeting.
Special Event Sponsorship
Your sponsorship of one or more of our events throughout the year directly helps people, family and friends, in our community. You can help others while participating and enjoying a concert, dinner, golf tournament or race.
In-Kind Donations
Your In-Kind donation can significantly assist the Foundation. Wether you give baby blankets, diversion boxes, toys, or items for one of our events, your in-kind donation is appreciated and makes a difference in the lives of others.
Matching Gifts
Many employers have matching gift programs through which you may increase your overall contribution. Before you make your contribution contact your employer to see if they participate in a matching gift program.
Employee Giving
The generosity of McKay-Dee Hospital employees is evident as demonstrated by the daily dedication to the patients and families they come in contact with. In addition, McKay-Dee Employees donate financially to equipment needs at the Hospital, to the community through the United Way, and they also support their own co-workers in need through their donations to the Employee Services Council.
