Come experience with us the Jaynie Nye Memorial Holiday concert, celebrated through the special talents of local musicians, artfully trained, who are guaranteed to deliver a program that will warm your heart and lift your spirits at this special time of year.

This enchanting program has been created by Dr. Michael Huff who is an accomplished pianist, conductor, arranger, and event producer. Dr. Michael Huff wears many hats. He is the Executive Program Director at Legacy Music Alliance, a Utah non-profit organization dedicated to “enriching generations by advancing music education”. He is the Founding Conductor of Utah Voices, a critically acclaimed adult community choir of which it has been said, “Their singing is always finely crafted and expressed” (Edward Reichel | Salt Lake City arts critic). “They … demonstrated excellent balance, unwavering focus and contagious conviction” (Catherine Reese Newton | The Salt Lake Tribune). “The large choir was perfectly prepared, in tune, with rich full tone…” (Frank Dakin | New York Concert Review, Inc.) And he is Artistic Director of the Festival of Gold™ Series, an elite annual set of music-festival events serving highly accomplished school-aged music ensembles.

He has been called “a triple threat” by his colleagues, owing to uncommon versatility in music, business, and leadership. He is a professional keyboard artist, specializing in collaborative piano, and all varieties of popular music. His choral and band arrangements are in steady demand. His professional career has taken him from performances in the world’s great concert halls, to major stadium shows, to university classrooms, having taught courses at The University of Utah, Utah State University, Weber State University, and Westminster College.

Your master of ceremonies for the night will be Glenn Rawson, a radio and television personality known for being the voice of the inspirational stories on the Sounds of Sunday program and for being the writer, producer and host of KJZZ Television's The Joseph Smith Papers and KSL Television's History of the Saints TV series.

Together, Rawson and Huff have produced a show that is packed with talent including the Salt Lake Symphony, 160 beautiful voices in the renowned traveling choir, Utah Voices (recently returned from Carnegie Hall), the beautiful sounds of new-age composer, Jason Tonioli, on the piano, and Gentri, the gentleman trio featuring Brad Robins, Brad Lever and Casey Elliott. Gentri’s members have performed at Hale Center Theater, Tuacahn, and on Broadway.

We’re in for a real treat! You won’t want to miss this wonderful ensemble, filled with fun, entertainment and music that will inspire and leave you basking in the Christmas spirit.
