Tyson Miller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the McKay-Dee Behavioral Institute Center for Counseling. He has diverse training and experience that ranges from interventions with children and adolescents to services for the elderly.
Tyson has worked in a variety of settings that include community mental health, hospice, and private practice in Washington, Idaho, and Utah. He works with individuals and families on a variety of issues including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, addictions (behavioral and substance), ADHD, and other issues affecting individuals and families. Tyson has a professional interest of mindfulness in the areas mentioned above.
Tyson received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and his Master’s Degree in Social work from Eastern Washington University. Tyson moved to Utah in the Fall of 2011 and he is happy to be at the Behavioral Health Institute serving the people of Utah. Tyson provides outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults.
