HypnoBirthing Class

This class is taught by a certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner and is designed to teach mothers and their birth companions techniques for achieving a safe and satisfying birth experience through guided imagery, visualization and special breathing. Classes will allow women to explore their fears, develop realistic expectations about the birthing process, and instill confidence in their ability to use hypnosis as a technique to minimize or eliminate pain during childbirth.  A tour of the Labor and Delivery area is included.  The class is a series of five, two and a half hour classes. It is recommended for women to take the class any time after their twelfth week of pregnancy. A partner is encouraged to attend.

$150 includes expectant mother and partner, the book, HypnoBirthing, A Celebration of Life and a practice CD.
