Cardiovascular and strength training join together to create a dynamic fusion of interval training. You will use weights, resistance bands and body weight to develop muscle and increase your calorie burning potential by adding intervals of cardio training. This class is great for anyone beginning a fitness program and/or wanting to improve their overall fitness level.
This class is taught by a certified fitness trainer and includes individualized pre-assessment and goal setting. Workouts are designed in a progressive nature to help increase your fitness level throughout the program.
This is a 4 week class with classes held on Wednesday's.
