As part of the Intermountain System we have a large network of resources that enables care for any patient. At the same time, being a
small community hospital keeps us
grounded and vested in providing exceptional care for our friends, family and neighbors.
We have an
award-winning phlebotomist who is dedicated to providing the best care to you and your family. We work closely with all healthcare providers and aim to make your visit with us quick and comfortable.
Under most circumstances, your physician will provide you with a requisition for lab services. Orders may also be faxed to (801) 714-3340.
No appointment is necessary to have your lab work done here at Orem Community Hospital. Simply check in with our Registration Office located in the lobby and we will get you in and out as soon as possible.
Hours of operation
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday
- 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday
- Closed all federal holidays
